About Xedge Resource

A specialist nursing and caregiving recruitment agency in Singapore, MOM-licensed since 2009.
Our Story

15+ Years, One Focus

Xedge Resource was established in 2009 as a healthcare staffing specialist, placing qualified nurses and healthcare professionals into Singapore’s hospitals and nursing homes. As demand grew for home-based eldercare, we expanded into live-in caregivers, bringing the same clinical rigour we built serving institutions into Singapore’s households.

Our mission is simple – providing Singapore’s healthcare institutions and families access to high-quality healthcare professionals, while building fulfilling career pathways for the caregivers and nurses we place.

We’re working toward a clear goal — to become a trusted and respected nursing and caregiving recruitment agency in Singapore, where families and institutions turn to first when quality of care matters most.

Our Values

What We Stand For

Four principles guide every placement we make, for households and institutions alike.

Excellence

Rigorous standards across screening, training and placement — because in caregiving, there’s little room for “good enough.”

Integrity

Transparent pricing, always. Every cost — salary, agency fee, levy, insurance — is laid out before you commit, with no hidden charges.

Compassion

We know how much is riding on this decision for a family. Every consultation gets the care and attention it deserves.

Continuous Improvement

Placement isn’t the finish line. Our caregivers receive ongoing professional development long after they start work.

Why Xedge Resource

Why Families & Institutions Choose Us

A specialist recruitment agency in healthcare — not a generalist. Here’s what that focus means in practice.

Specialised Focus

Unlike general employment agencies that place all types of domestic helpers, we work exclusively in nursing and caregiving. Every part of how we operate — recruitment, training, support — is built around healthcare and eldercare specifically, not bolted onto a broader business.

In-House Training, Not Outsourced

Refresher training is delivered directly by our senior staff nurses — hands-on instruction in care skills, eldercare techniques and condition-specific care, not a generic third-party course. Training continues after placement, not just before it.

MOM-Licensed, 4.3-Star Rated

Licensed since 2009 (EA License 09C3871), and consistently rated 4.3 stars in MOM’s Employment Agency directory. That track record is public and independently verified — not a claim we’re making about ourselves.

Complete Cost Transparency

Every placement starts with a full cost breakdown — salary, agency fee, levy, insurance — before you commit to anything. See How to Hire for the full fee and grant breakdown.

Dual Expertise: Homes & Institutions

Because we place caregivers in households and nurses in hospitals and nursing homes, we try to bring institutional-grade standards of care into the home — not a watered-down version of it.

Support Doesn't Stop at Placement

Ongoing refresher training, optional home visits from our nursing team, a responsive helpline, and mediation / replacement support if things don’t work out — see our FAQ for how we handle issues after placement.
