How We Screen & Train
- Detailed Interview on Experience, Competencies, Specialised Skill-sets, Attitude
- Formal training: Caregiver or Nursing Aide Certificate, Diploma/BSN for private nurses
- Selection criteria: willingness and positive attitude toward eldercare, communication skills, pleasant disposition
- Refresher training before deployment
- Continuous training led by Xedge's in-house nursing team — skills updates, a channel to raise questions about a specific care recipient, and peer support
